Acceptance
By accessing ScaleFoundry Academy materials, scheduling sessions, or submitting forms on tesadused.digital, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any policies linked here. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. Where Korean mandatory consumer rules provide stronger protections, those rules prevail for consumers located in the Republic of Korea.
Service description
ScaleFoundry Academy provides professional education, workshops, and related advisory materials about software architecture for growing SaaS teams. Deliverables include live or hybrid sessions, written templates, and asynchronous feedback as described on each course page. Unless a separate written statement exists, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes; participation requires good-faith effort from your team.
User obligations
You agree not to misuse access credentials, harass staff or other participants, or upload unlawful content through our forms. You must provide accurate contact details for scheduling and keep login or calendar tokens confidential. You may not resell course materials, redistribute recordings where prohibited, or scrape the site in ways that degrade service for others. Violations may result in suspension without refund beyond what statute requires.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence where such rights cannot be waived. Organizations headquartered outside Korea remain responsible for import, tax, and regulatory obligations associated with receiving remote services.
Intellectual property
All curricula, slide decks, templates, and site copy remain the property of ScaleFoundry Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning during active enrollment. You may not remove attribution notices, merge our materials into competing training products, or publicly republish facilitator feedback without written permission.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScaleFoundry Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid cohort is limited to the fees paid for that cohort. Nothing in this section limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot legally be capped.
Termination and changes
We may update these terms to reflect new offerings or legal obligations. Material changes will be posted with a revised last-updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless law requires explicit consent. Either party may terminate an engagement where a written contract exists according to that contract; otherwise we may suspend access for violations described above.
